Here are some resolutions for 2013, put together by the Hotel’s different departments:
- We wish to provide further support to the organizations supported by Matt’s Foundation and their underprivileged children in the region.

- We wish to continue to lighten our footprint on our environment by raising awareness of going green initiatives and also make this the way we do things here.
- We wish to look after our guests and make them a loyal part of our family by ensuring we live up to their expectations and memories in the making when they stay with us.
